Challenge Class

Looking for a fun challenge? Something a little on the hard side? Do you have at least three months training with us, and have consistently been coming more than 3x a week to our CrossTraining program? Well, check out our Challenge Class with Coach Sarah. This class is about two hours long, and is based on our current programming, with a lot of ‘flourish’ from Sarah.

If you have questions about the class, or if it is right for you, please make sure to ask your coach.

Off Hours on the Main Floor will be delayed until 3pm. The Off Hours schedule for the Side Area and Training Hall is normal.
