Want to drop into a class or open gym training session at 1010 Dean Street? Great! We would love to meet you. But please note a few rules:

1) Our WOD classes are for those who have experience in CrossFit or have done our private orientations. If you have done HIIT, or other high intensity exercises, we ask that you drop in to our S&C classes or our Barbell Classes. Thank you for understanding!

2) Our Open Gym sessions are specific to our Barbell Training Hall or Side Area and have set start times. Please make sure that you arrive on time for your open gym session. We do not offer drop ins for our Barbell Team Sessions or for our Off Hours times.

Want a day pass at our MOC Brooklyn facility at 964 Dean Street?

We offer day passes at $35/day at our fully equipped fitness gym, but you must come in when our front desk is available to purchase a pass. Here are the front desk hours: Monday - Friday 6-10am and 4-7pm / Saturday 11:30am-1:30pm / Sunday 8-10am.
