Our 1010 Dean Street facility is home to our CrossTraining and Strength & Cardio classes. With the goal of promoting general physical preparedness, both programs will get you faster, stronger, and better able to handle anything that life may throw at you. These classes are an hour long. The primary difference? The S&C classes do not require experience or our orientation package. We use movements that are easy to learn. With our CrossTraining program, we do require experience with CrossFit or similar program, as the movements we use are more complex.

Our hour long classes are designed to give you a fun full-body workout each and every time. We borrow the best training techniques from Olympic athletes and scale these movements to your level. We train like the gymnasts, the track and field athlete, and the weightlifter. We challenge ourselves through games and sport. And most of all... we have FUN doing it together.
