ABOUT us

Our approach is fun and inclusive

We are all athletes. Regardless of your path, your body is amazing and has the power to accomplish unbelievable things. With proper training and dedication, all of us get stronger, faster, and more powerful.

We take a communal approach towards our fitness and barbell programs. For those looking to improve their general fitness with a community, we recommend our CrossTraining Program. If you are in love with the barbell or would like to be, we urge you to come join either our Weightlifting Team or Powerlifting Team. You do not have to be in shape or a fitness expert to get started. Each of our programs begin with three private orientation sessions with one of our coaches. We break down the fundamental movements of our program and work with you to find the right place to get started. Every monthly membership comes with a 24/7 off hour access so that you can train on your own if you are not able to make a class or team session. We also offer Off Hours Only membership at this location, which include all times outside of classes and team training sessions. Our Off Hours Schedule can be found HERE.

For those looking to train at one of the best facilities but are not looking to join our classes or team, we now have a new facility down the street, MOC Brooklyn (964 Dean Street). We opened this facility in January of 2025 for those who prefer to fly solo at a fully equipped fitness facility. This new facility provides state of the art fitness machines for resistance and cardio training. We also have astro turf for sled pushing, noise-canceling platforms for lifting, and competition power racks. Oh, and it has AC for when the summers get hot. MOC Fitness and Barbell at 1010 Dean Street is still home to our fitness classes, weightlifting and powerlifting teams, and off hours program.
