From Movement Breakouts to Warm ups
The seminar is designed to help athletes gain an understanding of simple screens to identify mobility issues at the hips, knee and ankle that may limit their ability to squat. At the end of the seminar, athletes should take home a simple routine to address their specific limitations and improve their ability to squat.
